Lobster bisque - 800g

This lobster bisque is concentrated.

Directions for use: Pour the contents of this box into a container then add up to once its volume of water. Reheat over low heat while stirring gently. Depending on your taste, remove from the heat with a knob of butter or a spoonful of fresh cream. Serve in a soup tureen and garnish each plate with fried croutons.

You can also use more or less concentrated Lobster Bisque, as a sauce base for seafood gratin, fish quenelles.
