The product consists of 5 infusion sachets of dehydrated Crustacean broth. Each tea bag contains 55 g of dehydrated broth. One sachet can be used to reconstitute 2 liters of shellfish broth by infusion, with an intense and pure taste. You can taste it plain or with fish, pasta or tofu for example. The dehydrated shellfish broth is ideal for poaching fish, reducing sauces or even as a cooking base for pasta or risotto.
