Maison Ponthier has chosen to source its supplies from the “Pomegranate Valley” in Turkey, the country where pomegranates originate, as well as in Sicily, a land with a volcanic geography. An apple-shaped autumn fruit, the pomegranate consists of many small, very juicy translucent seeds of a ruby red color.

Ponthier pomegranate puree is produced only with the translucent red flesh that is around the white seeds, which are not preserved.

It is for this reason that we find when tasting Ponthier puree this gourmet color and the sweet and tangy taste of the best varieties.

All our fresh products are sent in specially designed isothermal packages including cooling gels allowing them to be kept cool throughout the journey.
