The refrigerated sour cherry puree has a homogeneous texture of purple red color and a flavor typical of the product. Ponthier purees are made from fruits, from carefully selected varieties, harvested according to their stage of maturity. Originally from Serbia, the traditional refrigerated sour cherry puree is perfect for desserts, ice creams or sorbets, jams, fruit jellies, coulis or even icings. You can also refresh yourself by using it for cocktails, smoothies or milkshakes.

INGREDIENTS: 90% Oblacinska sour cherry, Pure cane sugar, no preservatives and no colorants.
