The chilled blood orange puree has a homogeneous texture of pink color and a flavor typical of the product. Ponthier purées are made from fruits, from carefully selected varieties, harvested according to their stage of maturity. Originally from Italy, the traditional refrigerated blood orange puree is perfect for desserts, ice creams or sorbets, jams, fruit jellies, coulis or even icings. You can also refresh yourself by using it for cocktails, smoothies or milkshakes.
