Oregano - 10g

Consume oregano by crushing its flowers which are particularly fragrant. Widely used in Italian cuisine, it is excellent for flavoring tomato sauces and even essential for traditional pizzas, whether fresh or dried.

It will wonderfully flavor a tomato salad, a Greek salad or can be infused in olive oil.

The chopped leaves will wonderfully flavor stuffings or charcuterie.

In the dried version, it will be ideal for flavoring grilled meats for a barbecue.
