Marjoram - 25g

In cooking, marjoram is used for uses very similar to those of oregano. The taste of marjoram is however more subtle.

Marjoram is used fresh most of the time to spice up stews, soups, marinades for meat and fish, or even sauces accompanying pasta or poultry dishes.
