Savory is used to spice up grilled meats, vegetables and sauces. Called bean grass, it is associated with legumes. It can be used in both savory and sweet dishes: like cinnamon or pepper, do not hesitate to sprinkle your pear crumble or your apple compote with a pinch of chopped savory.
