Timur berries - 90g

Harvested in Nepal, Timut pepper or Timur berry (Zanthoxylum Armatum) is a very close cousin of Sichuan pepper (Zanthoxylum Piperitum), which is smaller in size. Nicknamed "grapefruit pepper", it develops surprising citrus flavors and more particularly pink grapefruit with a lemony floral hint. Its flavor is subtly fruity and flowery, with a slight spiciness, a nice length in the mouth, fresh and slightly acidulous. A perfect match for LA MER products, but also red meats, sautéed vegetables, eggs or even fruity desserts.
