The chilled mandarin puree has a homogeneous orange-colored texture and a flavor typical of the product. Ponthier purees are made from fruits, from carefully selected varieties, harvested according to their stage of maturity. The traditional refrigerated mandarin purée is perfect for desserts, ice creams or sorbets, jams, fruit jellies, coulis or even icings. You can also refresh yourself by using it for cocktails, smoothies or milkshakes.
