Strawberry coulis has a texture and flavor typical of strawberry coulis. Ponthier coulis are made from fruits, from carefully selected varieties, harvested according to their stage of maturity. Its container with this small opening will allow you to decorate your dessert plates with great precision worthy of the greatest gourmet restaurants. This strawberry coulis is perfect to accompany or garnish your pastries, cakes and ice creams. You can mix it with natural yogurts or bring creaminess and a play of textures to your fruit salad recipes.

INGREDIENTS: Strawberries 83%, pure cane sugar, antioxidant: Ascorbic acid. No added aroma and no preservative, no coloring.

All our fresh products are sent in specially designed isothermal packages including cooling gels allowing them to be kept cool throughout the journey.
