The chilled blueberry puree has a homogeneous texture of midnight blue color, and a flavor typical of the product. Ponthier purées are made from fruits, from carefully selected varieties, harvested according to their stage of maturity. Originally from Poland, the traditional refrigerated blueberry purée is perfect for desserts, ice creams or sorbets, jams, fruit jellies, coulis or even icings. You can also refresh yourself by using it for cocktails, smoothies or milkshakes.
