Cod fritters - 450g

Dish based on fish, authentic and rich in taste with respect for raw materials from the sea, in an artisanal state of mind.

Line-caught cod comes mainly from Ireland, fresh potatoes from Aquitaine, and dairy products from France.

No fish pulp is used, only desalted cod.
