Fresh Williams pear puree - 1kg

The chilled pear puree has a homogeneous texture of light yellow color and a flavor typical of the product. Ponthier purées are made from fruits, from carefully selected varieties, harvested according to their stage of maturity. The traditional refrigerated pear purée is perfect for desserts, ice creams or sorbets, jams, fruit jellies, coulis or even icings. You can also refresh yourself by using it for cocktails, smoothies or milkshakes.

INGREDIENTS: Pears (90%), Pure cane sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidifier: citric acid. Without colouring.
