Cow's milk cheese, made at the heart of a farm with raw milk. Saint-Nectaire is a small pearl of Auvergne. It is a semi-firm pressed uncooked cheese, it is supple without being soft.

As for the bloomy rind, depending on the stage of ripening, it may have white, yellow or red spots.

Be aware that Saint-Nectaire has an odor reminiscent of mold and the terroir. The Saint-Nectaire, presented naked, bears a mark in green casein, elliptical in shape for the farmhouse Saint-Nectaire, rectangular for the dairy Saint-Nectaire.

All our fresh products are sent in specially designed isothermal packages including cooling gels allowing them to be kept cool throughout the journey.
