The chilled strawberry puree has a texture and flavor typical of the product. Ponthier purées are made from fruits, from carefully selected varieties, harvested according to their stage of maturity. The traditional refrigerated strawberry purée is perfect for desserts, ice creams or sorbets, jams, fruit jellies, coulis or even icings. You can also refresh yourself by using it for cocktails, smoothies or milkshakes. This product is a guaranteed treat!

INGREDIENTS: Strawberries (90%), Pure cane sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, no preservatives, no coloring.

All our fresh products are sent in specially designed isothermal packages including cooling gels allowing them to be kept cool throughout the journey.
