Founded in 1864 in Massy, south-east of Paris, Pellorce & Jullien is a renowned company in the field of pasteurized fruit purees. Quality mousses, entremets, coulis, toppings, cocktails, etc. that delight ice cream makers, pastry chefs and other catering professionals.
The Pellorce & Jullien house has, over the decades, remained family-run, being today managed and run by the great-grandson of one of the founders.
