Maison Jougla is the story of two gourmets, Pascale and Bernard Jougla, in search of authentic products revealing the true flavor of fruits.

Driven by a shared passion, they built this wonderful family project, that of a craft business, both united by one and the same desire: to rediscover the original taste of fruit by tasting jams.

Slowly cooked in a cauldron using traditional techniques, Maison Jougla jams are made from fruits selected with the greatest care by Bernard Jougla, Master Jam Maker, according to their quality and variety. "I am very demanding about the flavors, textures and varieties of the fruits we use. When you taste a Maison Jougla jam, I want you to find the taste of the fruit as when you bite into it plain. That's why we mainly work with single products, it's what we do best," explains Bernard Jougla.
