This fluting butter is made from pasteurized cow's milk cream, matted at low temperature, and then worked in a barette.

This artisanal manufacturing process gives it a firm and fine texture, while being naturally easy to spread as soon as it comes out of the refrigerator.

Its authentic taste and its typical smell of "terroir milk" make it an exceptional product, perfectly suited to the gourmet table.
