Dijon mustard stoneware jar - 500g

Dijon mustard is prepared with respect for Dijon know-how. Mustard seeds are mainly grown in Burgundy. They are ground with a stone grinder, which preserves their taste quality. Unlike grainy Dijon mustard, this recipe does not contain white wine.

Its flavor is pungent on the attack then softens in the mouth.

INGREDIENTS: Water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite, acid: citric acid, spice.
