Dijon mustard is prepared with respect for Dijon know-how. Mustard seeds are mainly grown in Burgundy. They are ground with a stone grinder, which preserves their taste quality. Unlike grainy Dijon mustard, this recipe does not contain white wine.
Its flavor is pungent on the attack then softens in the mouth.
