Comté Grande Provenance is a raw cow's milk cheese, cooked in a pressed paste with a supple and firm texture at the same time. Comté Grande Provenance aged 15-20 months remains an exceptional cheese characterized by great aromatic diversity: it presents predominantly fruity aromas in summer, roasted with shades of hazelnut in winter.

Raw milk cheese with cooked pressed pasta, without any additives or coloring, Comté is the first cheese to have obtained the controlled designation of origin (AOC) in France in 1958 and recognized as AOP in 1996.

Comté Grande Provenance aged 15-20 months offers you a beautiful creamy texture and a long-lasting, powerful and refined aromatic combination. You will perceive the grilled almonds, the melted butter, the spices and the citrus fruits… a festival of aromas.
