Thanks to gentle cooking and the addition of fair trade brown cane sugar, it preserves all the freshness and aromatic richness of the rhubarb.

Its melting texture and slightly tangy vegetal notes make it a refined jam, as pleasant on toast for breakfast as in a more elaborate dessert.

It goes particularly well with cream cheese, vanilla ice cream or a shortcrust fruit tart.
