Their crackling accompanies us as soon as the fine weather arrives and their spices invite us to travel. Merguez, chipos, sausages... these tasty grilled meats have become our summer essentials, so much so that in France, we consume nearly 250 million of them each year.
We take you to the "Saveurs des Mauges" charcuterie, located in the heart of Anjou, the house specializes in manufacture of artisanal merguez since 1988. Its products are made according to the know-how of the small butcher, from high quality products. And the manual work guarantees the correct execution of all the manufacturing steps and authentic products.
Their recipe? 65% beef, 5% lamb, eight different types of spices, garlic, all mixed and tied with real natural sheep casings.
