Alfieri is a company born in the seventies thanks to the will of the Massucco family. It immediately positioned itself in the selection and distribution of high quality regional products.
This happens in particular with the producers, through the selection of raw materials and the use of traditional recipes. In 2000 Alfieri opened its pasta factory in Magliano Alfieri (CN). For the production of pasta, Alfieri only uses fresh grade A eggs supplied by neighboring farms. A unique cold rolling process (which preserves all the proteins) and low temperature drying for at least 12-24 hours (which gives resistance and elasticity to the dough), complete the very demanding process of making the Alfieri pasta.
Today, more than ever, this quality requirement is found in all the products selected by Alfieri (sauces, jams, spreads, etc.). They come from the best artisans in Piedmont in general and in the Cuneo region in particular, who have respect for the product and the consumer at heart.
