In 2010, Jean-Christophe Chassaigne left his executive position to become an activist producer for healthy and sustainable food.
He starts with a piece of land in Moncrabeau, in the South-West, a tractor, and works without tillage. As a farmer-miller, Alliance Bio is fully committed to its production right through to packaging.
From the local soil, the products are worked on its rich soil preserved in a natural way with green manures and an alternation of crops. The flours are produced by crushing with a granite stone grinder. A traditional method for a qualitative and nutritious flour. Gluten is more digestible.
