Fruit of preserved know-how and a specifications even more demanding than that of the IGP morteus, their Morteau sausage Label red IGP offers a remarkable taste, from a meat Label red, fresh and skinny, origin France County. It thus benefits from a double quality pledge: red label and protected geographical indication (IGP). The elaboration is strictly based on mixtures of noble pork pieces, exclusively fresh (lanyard, shoulder, spine, chest), excluding the quality cuts too irregular. The meat comes from red label pigs, born and raised in Franche-Comté, from selected breeds, with longer breeding duration, low breeding density and controlled diet (at least 65% cereals).
