These red lump eggs are a small-format semi-retaine of 100g.

This product is composed of 84% of the colored and salted Cyclopterus Lumpus) eggs, fished in a sustainable way in the Northwest and Certified MSC Atlantic.

The eggs are bright red, obtained thanks to dyes like the carmine and the extract of paprika.

They have been subjected to a pasteurization for better preservation and offer a crisp texture with a characteristic taste and odor, slightly iodized.
