Le Chapon du Gers, “Best of” festive poultry.
An exceptional Capon.
These capons are reared in the open air from spring between the Pyrenean foothills and the sunny hillsides of the Gers. They are fed corn and milk as before for 5 to 9 months so that its flesh is very fatty. "You know the famous good fat, rich in unsaturated fatty acids, close to olive oil" explains Xavier Abadie.
