N'oye, "little last" in Laotian, is Julie. Accustomed to making sauces from childhood, she created her brand in early 2019 with her husband Jean-Pierre.

made in Normandy with natural products, these 3 two-phase sauces (without emulsifier) share the same base: olive and rapeseed oils (acting as a natural emulsifier once in the fridge), soy sauce, shallot, garlic puree , cider vinegar, salt and pepper.

Each is personalized: Japanese pepper and sesame, ginger or satay, for a subtle harmony between French and Asian cuisine. They can be used cold or hot: in vinaigrette on salads, in marinade on meat or fish, in rice or pasta, on oysters and seafood. Their two-phase structure also allows separate use: the oil of one side to flavor a mayonnaise for example and the solids on the other as a topping.

In 2019, they received the Agrifood Trophy for the entire range and the Snacking d'Or for the ginger sauce.
