The Don Bocarte house, established since 1997 in the north of Spain, in Galicia, works its products exclusively by hand.

Don Bocarte anchovies are caught in the Bay of Biscay between March and June, when they have the most fat.

According to an exclusive method, wrung out in a cloth that preserves their humidity better than conventional productions, they retain all their softness and flavor.

Topped with premium Spanish olive oil, they are canned by hand in 10 to 12 fillets.
