Sliced dried IGP Sud-Ouest duck breast - 350g

These slices of dried duck breast have a powerful taste, reinforced by the black pepper in which the breasts were rolled before drying. The flavor and texture of slices of dried duck breast go very well with foie gras but also with fresh cheeses. They can be served as is as a snack, in salads or even as appetizers.
