Its recipe is made from French farmer pork composed of 50% Duroc race, known for the exceptional quality and the parset of its meat. Integrating about 80% of lean check clock to ensure a firm and low-fat hash, this sausage is embossed in natural hose, tied by hand with its iconic red and white string, then presented in a traditional red net. Its mastered refining gives it a remarkable natural flower, a homogeneous drying and a balanced and typed antan flavor.
