The La Pastourelle cooperative has been working for many years to develop a high quality Roquefort, according to the respect and traditional know-how of the AOP Roquefort.

Since 1976, 168 farms have come together to form the La Pastourelle cooperative; driven by the desire to support sustainable agriculture and maintain local development.


• Made from raw Lacaune sheep's milk (in accordance with the specifications of the AOP Roquefort), collected by our breeders united in cooperatives.
• Refining in a natural cellar allowing the cheese to acquire its softness.
• A meticulous selection of Roquefort breads for balanced aromas.
