So our one and only claim is to do this very special job according to the rules of the art, to present on the market products that obviously comply with current requirements, but whose ancestor, Marcel Malandain, would undoubtedly have not blushed.
The supply of fresh materials from farms located nearby, where the pigs are fed cereals and flax seeds, and the implementation of all the noble cuts of pork, including hams, has made it possible to develop the range of “Normandy pork” dry sausages and dry sausages with unique characteristics and flavors.
In the space of 30 years, Roches Blanches has continued to develop while remaining a human-sized company made up of a team of 38 people.
