It is in Losse, a small town at the gates of the Landes and the South-West, that the Ronsard company has been established since 1960.

Free-range poultry benefit from the Label Rouge quality label and the Protected Geographical Indication “Poulet des Landes”. This year, the Ronsard company won the Prix d'Excellence du Concours général agricole.

This sign of quality guarantees impeccable traditional breeding conditions, as well as slaughter, manual cutting and packaging carried out according to the rules of the art.

Born and bred no more than 150 km around the Losse site, Ronsard poultry spend most of the day roaming freely and in the open air, thanks to favorable weather and a wooded environment. They benefit from a diet consisting of 80% cereals grown in the Landes, at least half of yellow corn from the region, which gives them their characteristic taste.

Label rouge farm poultry from the Landes and the South-West has tender, marbled flesh, a beautiful yellow colour, firm and soft, with a typical taste.
