Antoine SABATIER, (born in 1846 in Fleurey-sur-Ouche near Dijon in Burgundy), learned the trade of butcher and settled in 1874 in the heart of Dijon under the brand new Halles designed by Gustave Eiffel.

He stands out thanks to his famous HAM WITH PARSILLA, whose recipe will be handed down preciously from generation to generation.

He will open in Dijon, at number 45 rue Pasteur, a shop adjoining his studio (it is still possible to see there today on the exterior facade his famous faience frieze, representing little pigs).
