MAISON MARTIN is the first brand of hot sauces cooked in France from peppers grown in France!

The idea: To offer a local, sustainable and qualitative alternative to the sauces present on the shelves of our supermarkets.

Anna and Jean-Baptiste, both cooks with degrees from the Ferrandi school, and their cousin Benjamin, launched the first artisanal hot sauce factory in 2019, made from different varieties of French peppers with partner market gardeners.

A real research work to establish a chilli industry in France, harvested by hand in full maturity and in a sustainable and natural way. Imported peppers come from ethical farms. The sauces are graduated according to their strength on a scale of 12, like that of Beaufort measuring the sea winds!

Of different intensity and gastronomic renderings, they are made from fresh peppers or fermented in the winery, kept in barrels for more than 6 months, then cooked and flavored. Bottled by hand with a Chinese piston in elegant bottles, they join your tables, culinary recipes, raclettes and barbecues!
