In the village of Cayrols, in the south-west of Cantal, Le Cayrolais is a small business established since 1908 which has received numerous prizes in cured meat tasting competitions.

An irreproachable artisanal company in terms of rigor and food safety, Le Cayrolais perpetuates the tradition and works with wooden dryers giving a unique flavor to the sausages, hams and sausages of the House.

Attached to its terroir, in the heart of the Cantal chestnut grove, this charcuterie works from selected pigs raised in the region.
