This fig olivade is a subtle and original vegan recipe, combining the sweetness of the fig with the character of the olive.

Ideal for aperitifs, it is available on canapes with fresh goat's cheese, as a toast with your favorite cheese, in mouillettes with a boiled egg, or in bites with a base of green salad, wedges of cherry tomato and pieces of feta.

It also goes well in a Lebanese sandwich with cucumber and feta, or in an oriental salad with tomatoes, cucumber, feta and oregano.
