Very fresh, very marked on the citrus fruit, this ponzu has a subtle aroma. It combines soy sauce, dashi and a Japanese citrus. There is also often a little vinegar or mirin. This ponzu is made with organic ingredients: dark soy sauce (soya, wheat), vinegar, yuzu, sudachi and yuko juice, sugar, mirin.
Its taste is both fresh, deep and rich in umami. Integrating very well into European cuisine, it will accompany your salad dressings, raw scallops, white butter sauces, fatty meats, avocados, asparagus, artichokes...
