While defending the future of marine biodiversity by supporting sustainable and selective fishing and respecting prohibitions, this cannery collects the best fish and the finest seafood such as mussels, clams, sea urchins, razor clams, sardines, cockles... . at the best time of the season, and only in season, to develop gourmet products with exceptional flavors.
The proximity of the sea and the rias allows her to guarantee freshness because she can work directly with fresh produce. No more than 3 or 4 hours pass before the product is canned.
