Founded in 1925 in an old mill, LA BRESSE is located in the village of Servas, in Ain, 10km south of Bourg-en-Bresse.
Almost a century old, LA BRESSE is recognized for its charcuterie experience and the quality of its products. We claim an attachment to good taste and traditional charcuterie know-how. Our teams perpetuate the memory of the recipes of yesteryear and the culinary tradition of Bresse and the Rhône-Alpes region, while adapting it to changing consumer expectations.
Our products are directly inspired by local Bresse recipes and made with carefully selected ingredients, in order to guarantee the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We produce hams, black and white puddings, and many charcuterie products such as head cheeses, Bressan civiers, Lyon sausages and andouillettes.
