Thanks to its history and its stability, Valansot has managed to preserve and pass on its know-how, in order to preserve the quality of its products.

It all starts with a rigorous selection of our meats, we work with noble cuts, such as pork shoulder, ham and bacon fat. We have, with our partners, a very particular requirement regarding the work carried out on our raw materials, in order to guarantee the quality of our sausages.

 

As a traditional activity, people are at the heart of our work process both for the control stages and for the production stages.

The preparation of our meats is ensured by a butcher duly trained in our methods, in order to guarantee that our meats are processed in the best conditions.

 

For the manufacture of our sausages, we only use natural casings selected from our partners, which gives a more pronounced taste to our products and allows our customers to be able to taste our sausage in its entirety.

 

Our sausages are wrapped, tied and clamped by hand, which is today at the heart of our profession and the reflection of our passion.
