This organic black curry attempts to bring the classic European blend together with the flavors of South Indian food. It is very slightly spicy and brings a nice balance thanks to the freshness of coriander and cardamom and the warmth of mustard, ginger and pepper. It owes its beautiful black color to vegetable charcoal.

To make this blend, all the spices were ground together to harmonize the aromas.
