Tonka bean powder - 170g

The tonka bean is slightly domed, black in color. Sometimes wrinkled or smoother on the surface, its consistency can be very hard or softer. Once ground, we obtain a rather brown-brown powder. On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of peach stone, on a sweet vanilla note. In powder, its flavors are increased tenfold!
