Le Gruyère KALTBACH AOP, matured in a cave: Hard Swiss cheese, fat, made from raw milk, at least 49% fat in the dry matter. Lactose free. First mentioned in archives from 1115, this classic is deeply rooted in Swiss gastronomic culture.

After refining in a cave, the flavor of Gruyère KALTBACH AOP reaches full maturity, ensuring a good length in the mouth and an appearance almost as perfect as its taste, with a satin patina.
