Sauerkraut IGP cooked with Riesling AOC, Knack, Smoked sausage, Smoked bacon, Smoked Kassler and Garlic sausage: all the ingredients combined for a sauerkraut to die for!
To prepare, take the sauerkraut out of its packaging and reheat in a saucepan with a little water for 10 minutes. Add the garnish and simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat.
